Signed a contractual agreement to have auto payments withdrawn. Evidently they just stopped and then suddenly I have no calls and they send $190 to collections evidently. Already paid the bill and still being harassed by credit collectors even though bill was paid 6 weeks ago. If they can’t handle the financial responsibility and honor their word to auto withdraw payments, the doctors that use this facility are only hurting themselves. Not to mention they wanted me to pay over $600 upfront and my copay was a little over $400. They need to get their act together. Be aware they don’t honor their own binding agreement with you. Will never use these facilities again. Poor customer service when all they care about is money and then they overbook and I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time. Feel sorry for the docs that use this place. They will be losing more patients with the poor financial dealings. This place obviously doesn’t have good management. Too many issues. Think twice before going.

I have been at this location a couple of times for surgery, and I received excellent care from all the staff. It was a smooth transition from pre to post op, surgery. Dr. Vish took great care of me, my procedure went well and my recovery have been pleasant. I am deeply grateful for the excellent care I received.

I had a procedure there about a month ago. Everything went okay but since then they have charged my card in error on 2 separate occasions! They were very apologetic both times and voided the transaction but I'm still out the money while the credit processes to my account. Very inconvenient. Be careful when setting up future payments with them. This last one was after my acct was paid in full.

Rude staff! They seemed more concerned with their schedule and payment rather than the patient/customer service. If I'm paying so much money for an already scary spinal surgery, the paperwork must be accurate for my sanity and peace of mind. I should not be bullied into signing if I feel something is not correct. Also, ridiculous that I was there 45 minutes and no one told me a urine analysis was needed until they banged on the bathroom door and yelled that a urine sample was needed as I was mid stream. So unprofessional and embarrassing! Then I was told, there's a note on the bathroom door to inform me. Apparently, its my fault. It takes a lot for me to get upset and even raise my voice. Thankfully my surgeon arrived, clarified my questions on my paperwork and rescheduled me at a different location. What a terrible experience!

Been here several times for Back and Neck issues.. everyone is Super sweet and pros at their jobs,, best care ever!! Going back in 2 wks in fact!! Never nervous going over there!! My Only issue tho ..is they Stopped their Service that picked you up at Home and Took you back home after your procedure.. wonderful Extra,, haven't started their service again even after saying they were looking to start it up again.. it's been over a year!! Other than that,, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
