Very clean and friendly environment, the staff was amazing and explained the procedure very well from start to finish. Dee, the front desk clerk, Winston, the RN and Dr. Debacker were all extremely professional and very attentive to my mom. Coming from Laredo we didn’t know what to expect here but everything was very quick and smooth. The waiting area is a bit cold so I recommend a light jacket. The location was easy to find and parking is great.

What an amazing facility. From start to finish I felt calm and relaxed for my surgery. I was greeted by Shannon in pre-op and she had a natural way to make me feel at ease. It was so comforting and made any fears I have disappeared. After surgery I was attended to by Winston. He tended to all my request with a smile and a “no problem” attitude. Certainly what you need after waking up from surgery. What a fabulous facility with 2 amazing employees. Thank you- Andrew

This is not a place you want to visit. It’s not a place you look forward to going to; it’s not Disneyland. However, in some respects its even better. This is a healing place. The entire team here are people who care! They let you know that you matter. The young lady that assisted in getting me into the operating room was an angel named Angelic. And in the pre-op area are some exceptional people also. Two Lisa,s and the Winston led the way back, as well as Kathyrn. Leading the entire team was Dr. Christopher Debacker! If you need anything done in terms of plastic surgery around your eyes, see Dr. DeBacker he is DeBest! If you get lucky enough to have this team help you with your healing you are truly blessed. Obviously, I only recommend this facility for ambulatory or skin cancer surgery. This is not my first rodeo at this care center so I’m speaking from experience when I say this is the place to heal.
