Dont trust this facility. Wanted to charge me 1300 out of pocket for colonoscopy even though I had insurance. Went to another clinic and was fully covered. This gastro Dr has no care for patients...just wants to shut you up with medication.

During my visit, I brought up a very real concern based on my last experience, I had been woken up during the procedure, which was frightening and left a lasting impression on me. It’s something I’ve carried with anxiety ever since. When I mentioned it, I was hoping for reassurance and understanding. Instead, the anesthesiologist firmly denied that it could have happened, saying she saw no reason why it would have, and if it did, it must have been for a reason. Her response felt cold and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging my fear or offering any comfort, she seemed more focused on defending herself and what may or may not have happened three years ago. It made me feel unheard and invalidated, like my experience and emotions didn’t matter. I wasn’t trying to place blame; I just needed reassurance that it wouldn’t happen again. That moment left me feeling even more anxious and uneasy going into the procedure, which could have been avoided with a little empathy and compassion. However the other staff were very pleasant.

EDIT: I see new responses have a new phone number. Great but that still routes you to the main line. I’ve tried 2-3 different phone trees to get to billing, and left many voicemails, only to NEVER get a call back “within 24 hours” as promised. At first, I thought it was a pretty good visit, with efficient, prompt servicing and not having to fight to have my case heard. The fact that 2-3 agents rush to call you to book an appt after you submit an inquiry should be telling. Then, the wide availability of scheduling your procedure (I could have had it as soon as next business day). Day of, you notice a LOT of folks there for procedures (probably had 4-5 beds adjacent to me for my hour stay). Finally, although the tech staff were for the most part great (95% of them), the recovery RN or LVN was rushed to get out as I guess I was last patient of the day after lunch. They tell you to plan for 3-4 hours, but I was done in 2. Outcome? Pretty standard results - even got a joke of “oh yeah sorry, the doc isn’t great about taking a lot of pictures.” Next, a follow up visit just to state the same thing as the day-of work (and suggest yet another procedure; no thanks). The kicker? A month later, insurance bill for facility comes in: $20,000! That’s the rate for a HOSPITAL! An Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), which this is, is supposed to be WAY LESS and usually includes anesthesia rate. Of course insurance won’t pay all $20; it gets reduced to around $1-2k, and you pay into that. But you better have some good insurance. Expect 4 bills (facility, physician — which bills quickly and first, anesthesia, and pathology). These will trickle in over a couple weeks, but check your insurance portal for your OOP in advance. I 100% agree with the other reviewer who’s had issue getting their coins back from the facility charge; I’m lucky I fought for a lower deductible based on the other bills, but they still owe me and I need the difference to pay anesthesia. You know… something that *should* have been billed together :) The only reason for 2 stars is bedside manner. Otherwise, run, don’t walk, unless you’re made of gold.

Worst run medical facility I have ever seen. They leave elderly and handicapped patients in the hallways for hours and literally forget they are even there. On Colonoscopy patients they call the patients ride/driver to come pick up the patient and that they are ready to be picked up then once the driver gets there they find out that the patient isn’t ready and hasn’t even had their results reviewed by the doctor yet. They are super quick to take your money though. This is a very poorly operated and mismanaged clinic. Patients are treated like cattle.
