Every visit to your offices has been a wonderful experience. All your staff has been polite, professional and kind. The only problem I have had is whenever I call to talk to the infusion center, no one answers and there is no message for me to leave a "request for a call back." I really do like the employees in the infusion center and their professionalism. Even though they are very busy, they make me feel special, comfortable and safe in their hands. Thank you.

When I went in I thought I was dealing with something more serious than actually turned out to be the case. Lori was fantastic. She gave me a simple over the counter protocol that had things moving the way Mother Nature intended within a week (that's as detailed as I choose to be). She said I could take a more aggressive approach to exploring the issue at hand. Which at first I went ahead and got on the schedule while working the protocol recommended. She did not push the more aggressive approach as she felt that I would get the relief I desired with path recommended. She was right. Would highly recommend Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio. I went to the Boerne location and was very pleased with the speed of being seen and the caring nature of the staff.

I recently had a colonoscopy and an d Endoscopy procedure done by Dr. Wendorf. The staff were extremely professional. The prep was not as bad as in the past. However, I know my body well and should have listened to it telling me not to take the 2nd prep as I was extremely sore, bled more than usual. From the time I was called back the entire staff communicated with my husband and I and shared every step I would go through, the length of time my procedure would take to the length of time for recovery. The surgical assistants were great. I had a very pleasant experience and appreciated staff following up with me in a timely manner to address my concerns. I would definitely recommend Gastroenterology Consultants to anyone.
