Came here for my dad cataract surgery. Be prepared to wait here for 4 hours for a 15 min surgery and bring drinks and snacks because they offer no coffee or water in their waiting room. Both times we were here we received calls that he was finished around 8 am and both times the person on the phone got the paperwork mixed up and we had to wait an additional 2 hours. I also thought it was really unprofessional that one of the employees and a customer were having an argument about payment right in the waiting room and not in a private room while she was in her scrubs. The surgeon is great. The inside staff needs some work.

A great team that kept matters calm before, during, and after surgery. I have very bad veins and anyone who can get it in one deserves high ratings in my book. Wish I could remember his name. All in all a good experience and I highly recommend them.

We arrived at 0620 for a 0630 arrival time. By 0635, I was checked in and taken to the back. Staff was amazing! Kind, efficient. I was out of there a little after 9! I am very impressed. I'll be back on 2 June to have the right eye done and say Bye to cataracts!

My mom just got eye surgery here, let’s start with the positive: - staff was friendly - the surgery went well Downsides: - waiting time is completely UNACCEPTABLE, This is becoming more and more common. - there is no coffee, cafeteria, anything to make the waiting time easier. - there is no updating from the doctors, they just call you and ask you to bring the car, not much information. Doctors and clinics need time to STOP milking money by attending patient after patient to make lots of money. Respect peoples time, it is equally important. I hope a rating system becomes more popular so that they start caring about this because it is also an important part to provide a quality service
