Patient care was excellent. My only complaint is that the check-in process is "clunky." With as many phone calls as I received ahead of time to confirm details, it seems they could have handled a lot of the check-in/payment over the phone. Instead, they have a little kiosk in the waiting room that reminds me of checking my bags for an American Airlines flight.

Wonderful facility and staff that makes this potentially life saving screening process as pleasant of an experience as it can be. I found it to be an excellent experience from scheduling and instructions to procedure day. The front desk, nurses, and medical staff are kind, caring, and friendly as well as thorough and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this location and its staff.
