My experience at this facility was excellent. Kathleen, Kristi, Adriana and Cynthia were caring, understanding, friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor and the anesthesiologist visited with me prior to my shoulder replacement. The facility was extremely clean and I felt calmer because of the care.

Start to finish, great experience. Efficient and friendly check in. OR was run professionally I had a partial knee replacement as an outpatient so I stayed for about 6-7 hours. The nurses were personable and attentive. Cannot imagine a better experience.

I had shoulder surgery in May, and had an excellent experience!! From the moment I checked in at the front desk, I received excellent care. The pre-op was quick and they had me back in surgery ahead of schedule. The nurse in the recovery was excellent! She was sitting there waiting for me to wake up. She was very quick to give me medication and make me comfortable as soon as I expressed I was in pain. The staff was extremely friendly! I definitely recommend this surgery center!

Had a procedure at the SurgCenter of Plano. The staff were amazing from the front office to the nurses and everyone else involved in my care. The day of my procedure my ride to the center and back cancelled on me. Clay Davis the administrator heard what had happened and offered to come and get me and take me home. That is what I call real patient service. This is not part of there services. They were all amazing and I would use the center again in the future if needed. Thanks again to the whole staff.
