This surgery center is outstanding! The entire staff was professional, explained in detail my surgical procedure and post op care. The staff is friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable of their skills set. My nurse Noemi, was excellent, never felt the IV insertion at all. She made me very comfortable, thank you. From the time I entered the OR for my procedure I was confident I was in great hands. My CRNA explained what I was getting and never felt anything during or after the procedure. This is a great team, great surgery center and great Doctor! Thank you Dr. Balderas!

Upon arriving at the facility I was helped at the front desk in a matter of minutes. I then waited about 15 minutes and was then called in to have my procedure. CNA Desarae took my vitals and the nurse Joanne did the IV. About an hour later I was taken into the procedure room for my procedure. All the medical staff did an awesome job in taking care of me. Christian, Mario, and Vic who did the anesthesia. And a big Thank You to Dr Balderas.

Staff were professional and respectful. Physician ensured I had no questions before or after the procedure. I left with a copy of the procedure findings. The facility was clean and organized. The staff were cleaning consistently throughout the day. Would highly recommend this facility. Many thanks to those who cared for me.
