Had an appointment at 9am and didn’t get the procedure till like 2:30.This people are slow. Won’t be coming back to this place

Don’t use this facility unless you pack a lunch…the drs think that you have nothing better to do than to sit around for 3 or 4 hrs (when they have scheduled you for a specific time) waiting for them to do a procedure…I think people need to start sending the drs bills for the time that you sit around waiting…we pay for their time they should pay for ours!!!!

Appointment at 8am … it is now 4:22pm and still not been seen. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. We are not from McAllen so this is inconvenient and a waste of time just because the doctor has more “hands on” here. Bs! This place sucks!

Would have been 5 stars except the cold and rude receptionist,stressful. She was unsmiling, and very dismissive. Not a great first encounter. However, my nurse, Tori (Victoria) was exceptionally sweet and also loved Gabriel who was so kind and reassuring. They made a very scary procedure less stessful.clean place. NMy doctor, Nehal Patel, was excellent.
