I had a colonoscopy this morning! The staff is very nice! Why 3 stars? Scheduling! I was scheduled for 10:20, please arrive at 10. I was in waiting room until 11:36. I was ready by 12:00 at 12:45 my procedure began. I believe it's important to be somewhat close to schedule or make your patients and their drivers aware of how much time they need to plan for.

I had an endoscopy this morning. From start to finish everyone was super nice and calming. It was over before I knew it and I got diagnosis and prescription to go home. One nurse in particular went over and above making me feel at ease and keeping my mind on other things to alleviate my fear. Her name is Demi - she was my pre op nurse. She’s a great example of the people skills side of nursing and of course the medicine side. So thanks to everyone there for making my procedure quick and easy.
