Today I took a patient of mine to this location. Front desk had one lady that deserved a 5 stars! However the other one assisting her was not welcoming at all! The Nurse that took us to the back was in welcoming also! The Doctor was excellent! She made my patient happy! ( who has been diagnosed with IDD)! Then as the office visit came to an end. We had to set up an appointment. That lady’s service was horrible. Her partner’s service was excellent! Be on the watch! To the Dr. and the couple of welcoming staff members. We appreciate your patience and generosity! You few rocked. The other ladies that weren’t as welcoming, please be mindful that it takes nothing to be kind!

If you or someone you care about needs to have a colonoscopy performed, I can confidently recommended Dr Kelly P. Kensing, M.D, and his staff at the South Plains Endoscopy Center. Everyone there was friendly, efficient, caring, professional, took care to explain things, listened to my concerns, and as if that was not enough, they were on time and my wait was almost non-existent. I realize this could be different if there were emergencies, but on my appointment day, they were right on schedule, even in the mid-afternoon. The doctor came out and explained the results and color photos to my wife and I when she came to pick me up, after less than 45 minutes, as I was still sort of goofy from the propofol. On that note, after a brief talk in the exam room, about 30 seconds after they administered the drug, I don't remember anything until I woke up in the recovery room. Other than lots of farting the rest of the day, I felt fine. I got some Gax-X and that helped. I suggest you buy some in advance and be ready to take it after the procedure. Everything was normal so I am very thankful for that. Don't keep putting off that screening colonoscopy anymore!
