If I could put negative stars I would, they did not let my 89yr old mother have a small hydrapeak water bottle with her at the appointment, she has a cough and needs water to clear her throat, after I explained they asked their supervisor and they still said NO that that was their policy. I told them is she choked or had any issues they would be liable they responded with they were all CPR certified. I understand no food or drinks because of Togo drinks with flimsy straws and they could spill or kids but and elderly person and a 14oz water with secured lid is crazy to me.
Doctors are great. But the waiting time there is way too long for an eye dr appointment. You’d be waiting approximately 2 to 3 hrs before being called to be seen. Which makes no sense 🤦🏻♀️
They booked 3 people at 10:30. Overheard them say "eenie meenie miney moe you're next" with a stack of charts to see who was gonna get pulled back next. I was there before the other 2 BUT I guess since I'm the youngest I was last... didn't even get a chance to get pulled back after 45 minutes in the waiting room! Do NOT waste your time here if you have other things to do. Wait times are understandable but 45 minutes and no contact from any front desk person on the wait?
Another small time medical business discriminating over mask policies, brought my father for a check up and he was told (not asked) for me to wait outside regardless of there being adequate seating for all the other visitors, I'll be sure to never bring my business here, would be safe to assume they have a water fountain for vaccinated individuals and a water hose outside for everyone else. Come to think of it there is a bill in order in Texas for such cases, the GA-34 bill if I am correct, I'll be sure to exercise my right to freedom of press and litigate accordingly.
Cannot say enough good things about them. My insurance and primary care provider were putting all sorts of red tape and hoops to jump through and they navigated them all. I had what I thought was a scratched cornea that turned out to be a shaving of metal in my eye and they were the only ones out of the three doctors I saw that caught it. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and my family, even on follow up appointments. Friendly, helpful, and exceedingly competent. Could not have asked for a better experience.
