Great place, very courteous staff. The nurses, anesthesiologist & doctor were all very personable & professional. Special shout out to Anna Marie & Hannah.
Keller location demanded I pay over $2000 for my colonoscopy BEFORE ever billing my insurance. Took me SIX MONTHS to get a refund check for $1800 dollars that I overpaid. And that was after MANY phone calls over a period of months. Criminal behavior and very bad customer service.
Really nice staff, but I didn't feel like the doctor's level of interest met the concerns of my circumstances. She wasn't very thorough, and didn't seem to understand the initial reasons I wanted a EGD to begin with. I also got conflicting instructions on pre-op with what medications to hold, and what kind of diet to have the day prior. The procedure was almost cancelled due to staff not being on the same page about when I needed to hold my GLP-1. Once the procedure was over, I asked the doctor about my hiatal hernia, and she looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. I had been diagnosed with one back in 2018, and informed the staff to mention it on my chart. I very well could have been misdiagnosed, but she seemed like she didn't read that part of my chart. She also shrugged off the concern of long term damage on my esophagus from years of acid reflux when I called the nurse to have her ask the doctor about it. She said there's absolutely nothing that can fix it surgically, even though there are procedures such as Nissen Fundoplication that I've researched people have done to mitigate damage to the esophagus that can eventually cause cancer. I've scheduled a second opinion with another doctor because I strongly feel that something's a miss. Bummer.
Dear Doctors, Nurses, and Support Staff, I want to sincerely thank everyone at Lone Star Endoscopy for care I received 09/18/2025 at your facility. Everyone I encountered -the front office staff and the pre-op nurses to the surgical team and post-op care staff-was so very kind and at the same time very efficient. I’m an anxious patient, but your calm and encouraging environment put me at ease almost immediately. I want to thank Sara and Suzanne for answering all my nervous question. My anesthesiologist, Ryan, was particularly comforting as he walked me through the sedation process. In the surgery room Cindy’s calming demeanor instantly relaxed me and waking up and having Karen help me through post-op wrapped up the smoothest surgery I have ever underwent. Today was my 13th surgery and thanks to Lone Star Endoscopy’s exceptional skill and care my procedure yesterday was the smoothest surgery experience I've ever had. Thank you again for everything. With sincere gratitude,
The service was very efficient and the communication was timely and thorough. My check in was at 7:15A for an 8:15A appointment and I was out the door at 9:45A. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. I will definitely use them again.
