I’ve had a medical procedure done here. The nurses and the staff were excellent And very attentive. Everybody was so nice. My doctor, the nurse and the anesthesiologist came in and talked to me to let me know what was going on Everything went smoothly I highly recommend this place.

I was scheduled for a procedure on 8/29. I was set to arrive around 11:15am but got a call a couple of days before to let me know my dr. left the practice, but to arrive at 10am instead. So i did. After waiting for 2 hours and watching patients that got there after me get called back, i finally get called at 12pm. The nurses apparently did 3 pregnancy tests that showed i was pregnant. I got to speak to Dr. Sree and he stated my issues that i’ve been having are because i am pregnant & that’s why im always sick so they turned me away. They then told me to go get blood work done, but they will not see me that day. I’ve been sick just about every day since April. This appointment was IMPORTANT TO ME, BC WHO WANTS TO BE SICK 24/7? So i made sure i was not or would not be pregnant before hand, but im pretty sure he also did not even take the time to read my chart. I went and saw my regular pcp just for them to tell me NONE of the tests showed anything indicating i was pregnant. Confirmed with blood test & all negative. What an absolute mess this office was. I firmly believe i was not going to get seen bc i wasn’t on his schedule to begin with. I MADE APPROPRIATE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT, MY HUSBAND & I BOTH TOOK THE DAY OFF, & DROVE 40 MINUTES BC THIS IS THE SOONEST APPT THEY HAD. I work in the medical field and have never had anything remotely close to this happen to me and would never do this to a patient. AS OF TODAY 9/3 i received a call from Dr. Sree’s office asking to reschedule an appointment. Indicating that i did not show up!? “NO SHOW ON 8/29” were her exact words. Now i’m going to have to get ahold of my insurance and make sure they don’t try and charge them anything, bc this whole experience has been ridiculous!

The nurses and medial staff are nice. The billing is a mess. If you go here, be prepared to pay bill after bill after bill. The bills just keep coming. I asked up front how much was this going to cost. They lied. Or just didn't know or didn't care. $700 here, $125 there, oh, an extra $500 for this person...oh, forgot to tell you about the extra $66 for that. Buyer beware.

The service for my procedure was excellent! However, my issue is they charged me over $600.00 up front instead of billing my insurance. Now it’s been over three months and the billing manager is refusing to call me back. My insurance company has already paid them in full. Update: I finally spoke with Amber, who informed me that my refund was approved and will be in the mail. Thank you for taking care of this!!!
