They are not professionals. Schedule your surgery elsewhere. Your life depends on it. There business office is disorganized. Beware of overcharging. Esmeralda is rude and has poor customer service skills. Look elsewhere for care.

Call my mother for 8:30 am for per-op to get ready for surgery at 10:30 am. Then I found out she not going in till 12:30 cause doctor or some BS with doctor. Wow what a professional way to run a company. Make a Senior citizen sit there for four hours and wait. Wow what a freaking joke

The doctors and nurses here were fine but the scheduling department is totally unacceptable. I got there at 7am, early for a 7:30am surgery but the surgeon didn't arrive until around 8:45am, he wasn't even in the building. My mother was fasting for her operation and couldn't even drink water so she was suffering the entire time. Doesn't really seem right, and this could've been handled better. Never had to 1 star a surgery center before but this place earned it.

The experience was excellent from the courteous staff at the check in, the workers getting you prepped, and the visit by the anesthesiologist and doctor before the surgery. The team went above and beyond when we had an unexpected situation that had nothing to do with the surgery itself. From the nurses that get your ready to go home, to the multiple nurses that determined what was needed to be done to get to that point, to the anesthesiologist and doctors coming back to check on what was going on between their surgeries, it was just amazing. Thanks to everyone on the staff for the help! Before taking stars away, go in knowing you will wait to get in since they need to ensure you are there on time for signing in and prep, that you will pay a fee for the center over the fee you get from your doctor, and also a fee for the anesthesiologist and maybe others depending on the operation.

I've used this facility 5 times in the last year. It is run by professionals. I mean, the staff is amazing! Everyone from the receptionist to the anesthesiologist treats you with the utmost kindness. They ensure all your concerns and needs are met and they run according to the scheduled times. Your time is not wasted.
