I had a great experience at this facility. The nurse who greets you is so friendly and helpful! I had some great nurses, both pre-op and In the operating room. Tiffany was my nurse both days (I had cataract surgery) and she was great. The nurse who called me was also great! Here's my complaint-You need people to answer your phones and/or call you back! When you're having surgery of any kind it's hard to wait until 4:00 the day before to get your instructions and time!!!! I called but phone disconnected or when I left a message I didn't get a return call. I did not let this affect my rating because my experience was excellent and I feel you just need more qualified staff and sometimes that's hard to find but the ones you have are awesome!!! They all work very hard to do their best! Thanks!

I was suppose to have a colonoscopy done tomorrow the 14th and they change my time from 9:30 to 10:15 then to 10:45. Then called and wanted to know if I had cleared this with my cardioligist, im a vet and VA set the appointment so shouldn't this had to be cleared by my primary care doctor? Why did you wait til 12 hours before to ask that question. So I canceled the surgery time. This hospital so far is worse then the VA.

Well I had a little eye surgery done today at North Cypress Surgery Center. First I didn't have to wait long and the admin lady was very nice so that's good. They came and got me and all the nurses were very cool, nice and professional. I liked everyone of them. I asked a lot of questions and they had all the answers. I also had a good chance to look around the place and it was very clean, Probably better than the hospital down the street. All in all these guys can poke and prod me anytime. An A+ team in my opinion.

I had a colonoscopy this morning and was treated with the utmost respect from the front desk and from every staff member I encountered! I felt cared for like I was a member of their family. They were professional and clearly knew their jobs while doing so with kindness, compassion and just the right amount of humor:) I was told everything prior to each step of my procedure. They were detail oriented, making sure they knew everything they needed to give me appropriate, safe care. I definitely would recommend North Cypress Surgery Center for any procedure you may need!
