Had a procedure scheduled there this morning. Dr. Knew I was going to be there but Hospital did not. Maybe Dr. Office fault. Maybe mine. Drove there from Livingston and got there at 5AM. They were able to get me through what should have been a pre op visit in less than an hour and procedure was performed. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!!!!!

This surgery center demands you be at their location at 6:30 am for cataract surgery. But the doctor doesn't get in until 8am. What kind of bs is that? For the first surgery we also waited hours to be seen by the doctor. As a member of the Memorial Hermann system, I would have expected a higher caliber of efficiency.

0 stars for the billing department!!!!! eye surgery went well on 10/18/24, I paid my bill before the surgery and today 5/28/25 I am still waiting for a refund. I have contacted them at least 5 times and still nothing. They take you money, overcharge you then take for ever to pay you back. I work in health care and I know they dont like negative reviews so everyone check you billing statements and your claims maybe they will owe you some money also.

Horrible! My cataract eye surgery was botched leaving me with poor vision in my left eye. Problem- Posterior capsule rupture. Could not install the desired lense. I have had resulting poor vision since the 3-5-24 botched surgery and will probably remain the rest of my life. On top, they charge me the full cost for the botched surgery that ruined my left eye. (However, the attending nurses, doctors, and staff were great.) The billing office has been horrible, particularly Erika Polanco, need Stephanie instead. Left 4 messages and an email with no return of call. The billing call center is 100% useless. I paid .2700$ to MH for the botched surgery and they still want more $s, ridiculous. I fully regret the surgery! I have emailed their help address to no avail. Guarantor # 42924888. I will edit this post if MH ever corrects my billing.
