My experience at Main Street surgery center was 10/10 amazing. There are things that the surgery center cannot control (like young upset toddlers in the waiting room). My review reflects what truly matters when coming to a surgery center and receiving care from healthcare professionals. My pre op nurse Keya was very professional and nice; amazing at placing IV’s. The OR nurses Kim and Jody were so sweet and comforting and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. My anesthesiologist Dr. Ro and CRNA Lindsey were the best anesthesia team i could’ve asked for. My recovery room nurse Tammy was so sweet, patient, and kind. Irene took me down to the car when i left and she was so sweet as well. I had such a nice experience at this surgery center and would recommend it to anyone having surgery

I had a procedure in March, initially they told me I had 0 out of pocket. I showed up for the surgery and they told me I had to pay 1,200. I asked if they could bill me and they said no I have to pay. I paid it, they did not provide me a receipt. In April my insurance confirmed by EOB that I had 0 responsibility. I called requesting a refund in April, I hadn’t heard anything and called back yesterday. They said it’s “under review”, and they would refund via check. They were so quick to take my money but now drag their feet to return it and are not even returning it to the card I paid with. There were two other visits I had with Memorial Hetman where they charged me and they shouldn’t have. I am now waiting for them to refund me 1,700. They should not be giving patients the run around when they owe them money , and definitely should not make them pay on the procedure date.

What a circus! Can someone tell me why they would even think bringing a screaming toddler into the waiting room surgery center is a good idea? The running around, screaming and crying is very unfair to the toddler and to the 20+ others in the waiting room. This busy surgery center had 50 patients on the schedule so many of us had to hear the screaming and crying for 3+ hours. TAKE THE BABY HOME! Because it was not that there were not other family members including the patients daughter and another relative. This horrible “parent” was obviously oblivious to the disturbance this young toddler caused. And trust me, I don’t blame this little toddler - I blame the parent and other relatives who were in attendance that saw no issue with this situation. Imagine a closed in room with a screaming toddler - no wonder this center has a 1 star rating.

I had surgery done on Oct. 2,2024. The nurses rushed me out of my room as soon as I woke up, I was in so much pain and couldn’t even see straight from being put to sleep. I was awake maybe a whole 20 mins when I left the hospital. The Pre-OP nurse was amazing but the post op nurses were absolutely awful!!

I was going in for my acl surgery this morning, feeling good about having paid dr. lintner $7k in full and arriving early. i arrive to the office 2nd floor/room 800. as i make my way in, a rather large woman relays a message from another woman (on the phone) who was at home using a sick day or something… the message stated that i still owed $13k to the surgery center. that’s already $20k for knee surgery. then she says i still owe the anesthesiologist an undisclosed amount which no o seemed to know how much exactly and the anesthesiologist just decided to never answer his phone. anyways what i want to know is who charges $13k for a room for a few hours??? dr. lintner has the ability to do the surgery and charges just more than half the amount of a room? if anything the doctor deserves $13k and the room should be, what, $500 tops? not 13 thousands dollars! who set that price?? it’s kind of making me feel like i’m dealing with criminals, that’s evil to charge so much for a place of healing! just a place for you to get fixed up and proceed with your life… now i do t know what i’m ganna do to get 13 thousand dollars… i can’t even work with my knee falling out of place when i walk. please help.
