I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am. The whole team provided excellent service and care. My breast cancer surgery went smoothly, and the front desk staff kept my family well informed throughout the long procedure. I felt so supported every step of the way.
The surgery center is fine but they don’t have good customer service. I have been trying for a month to get a basic itemized receipt and I keep getting the runaround. I can’t file an insurance claim because of their inability to do basic billing
On the morning of my surgery, I was asked to pay over a $1000 despite my insurance paying for the whole thing. This marred the whole experience. After the EOB was posted, I waited a month for my refund and nothing. I called multiple times as calling them gets you their voicemail most of the time. I finally got a hold of someone in billing and they confirmed I was owed a refund and they would have it processed. This was now a month ago and still nothing. These people are crooks. Stay away if you can or absolutely pay NOTHING until after your surgery.
First, this is one of the nicest surgery centers I’ve ever been to - it’s modern, clean, and has great views, even in the operating room! Aside from that, this review is about my fantastic experience having my first major body surgery besides my c-section: breast reduction. I’ve had lipo and that wasn’t nearly as scary as the thought of your body being cut and altered permanently. Christina was my nurse, her bedside manner is exceptional. She’s professional, sweet, and does everything with a kind voice and a smile. It really calmed me as I was more nervous than I wanted to admit. I also have a pretty high needle phobia - I had not so good experiences with the IV in my right hand, pain from flushing it etc - she quickly noted my veins are small on that side and went to my left. She took the most care to subdue pain with the stick but how I know it was a great IV setup is I literally never felt the anesthesia burn like it has with other surgeries. One min I was looking at the ceiling and the next I’m waking up to a new nurse - didn’t feel a thing! I actually missed her and asked about her when I woke up so I could thank her but she was in another procedure. Christina is amazing and she’s the perfect beside nurse, I’m so lucky to have had her through this process. Have a Merry Christmas honey!
The facility was very clean and nice. The staff were amazing and took great care of my son during his sinus surgery. The before & after nurses were so caring and answered all of our questions. They kept us updated on how he was doing during the surgery and were very patient while he came out of anesthesia. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Thank you so much!!!
