I want to sincerely thank Robert for the outstanding care and compassion he showed to my family. From the moment we met him, he went above and beyond his role. My young son was understandably nervous before surgery, but Robert immediately broke the ice with kind, engaging conversations that put him at ease. His warmth and ability to connect on a personal level made a difficult day much more manageable. What truly impressed us was Robert’s dedication after hours. When we realized my son’s pain medication prescription was missing, Robert didn’t just leave it at that. He took the initiative to make calls, followed up, and personally reached back out to ensure that my son received the medication he needed post-surgery. That kind of commitment, especially after hours, speaks volumes about his character and professionalism. Robert is exactly the type of person every medical facility needs—compassionate, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile for patients and their families. We are incredibly grateful for his support and care during such an important time.
