"I first visited Dr. Stephen Krzeminski at Lakeshore ENT in Granbury about two years ago. He discovered I had nose polyps and a deviated septum, and I only had about 65% air capacity in my right nostril. Allergy season was a nightmare because I'm allergic to cedar fever and ragweed, and I could hardly breathe. Dr. Krzeminski recommended surgery, and although I was super nervous and put it off for a year, I finally went through with it. After the surgery, I can breathe tremendously better—just like he said I would. The nurses were fantastic and calmed me down when I was anxious. Plus, the lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) was so helpful when I forgot my CareCredit card. She looked up my account, so I didn't have to run back home. Overall, the entire staff at Lakeshore ENT has been amazing. My quality of life is so much better now, especially during allergy season. I highly recommend Dr. Krzeminski and the whole team. They truly made a huge difference for me."
The Doctor is amazing and so are all the nurses, very professional and caring. As for the receptionist Karen, unfortunately rude and sarcastic when ever I would ask a question. Customer service isn't for everyone sadly.
Staff very professional and knowledgeable. Suggestion though to provide certain patients in the OR some kind of eye covering. For some procedures the surgeon has an incredibly BRIGHT strong light in your face nd they just tell you "keep your eyes closed, but don't squint". It's like you're staring into the sun during the procedure!! SUPER uncomfortable.! They work really hard to keep you comfortable w heated blankets and local anesthesia, why not provide some type of simple eye covering?
Today my son had his adenoids removed and I was very impressed with the nursing staff. They were highly aware of what my son needed and were ready to help in anyway they could. They spoke to my son in a very comforting and encouraging manner it helped the process flow very smoothly. I felt at ease myself after seeing how they interacted with my son. Very lovely ladies, they did a stellar job any patient that receives care from them will be in amazing hands.
Was here for a couple procedures by my Doctor. Everyone on the staff and the nurses were all great. In and out in a short timely manner. If you are having something done here or need to come here you are in good hands.
