I just had foot surgery by Dr Lampe at this location and the entire staff was so helpful and compassionate. There were 2 lady's that I can't recall their names because I was so anxious but they were the sweetest nurses and you can tell they really take pride in their work. Everyone was so accommodating and the entire process from pre surgery to post was a wonderful experience.

The healthcare workers there were exceptional, but the billing department’s primary concern was financial gain rather than patient well being. They prioritized money over your situation. I had a bill from years ago that I had not no longer received any mail regarding, assuming my insurance had taken care of it. I required a procedure, but the billing department disregarded my condition, despite the fact that I was fully covered for the procedure. They insisted on receiving additional payment.

The healthcare providers there are great but the office manager and billing department are really, really bad about not returning phone calls. I have been working with both the billing department and office manager about an overpayment on my account (of nearly $1,400.00) for either a refund to me or a credit back to my Care Credit account. I have left multiple messages for each on their respective voicemail boxes over the past couple of weeks to get an update and have not received a call back from either one. It's unacceptable and unreasonable all at the same time, not to mention extremely frustrating. I will do everything I can to avoid having to use this facility for any procedure or service in the future once this has been resolved if given a choice. Your milage may vary but mine has been unpleasant so definitely hold this into consideration when choosing a facility for a necessary procedure.

Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by a medical professional. I was scheduled for a procedure at this facility and received a call from a staff member named Mary, who was conducting my intake. We went over my medical history, including my weight—which she had me repeat three times. Then, without any compassion or professionalism, she told me, “We can't do your procedure here because of your weight,” and added that she would have to inform the doctor that they couldn’t service me. I understand that medical facilities have policies and limitations, but delivery matters—and hers was completely inappropriate. She repeatedly brought up my weight even after I acknowledged it, making an already vulnerable situation worse. I’m not sensitive about my size, but the way she handled the conversation made me feel humiliated and dismissed. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect—regardless of their size.

My daughter is non verbal, w/level 3 autism. Having even a minor day surgery is a big deal for her, very scary. When we arrived she was taken back quickly. Her nurse John, her other two nurses (I hate that I forgot their names, I was a bit overwhelmed as well) took phenomenal care of us. I would recommend this place to everyone. The level of care provided by every staff member should be labeled excellence. This was the most comfortable uncomfortable experience my daughter & I have had. Thank you so much 😊
