Called from a physician office hoping to get more information about a mutual patient. We received a demographics sheet that was missing some details. Instead of helping, a very rude woman named Lisa I believe, refused to help, kept cutting me off and eventually hung up on me. Not sure if she was having a bad day but it was very unprofessional.

The staff, especially Liz, were all so kind and helpful. Everything was on time for my procedure. Nice facility with low traffic and easy in/out. Great experience!

I have had several procedures at this Center. They have always been very efficient, they do run behind sometimes. The only complaints I have they do not keep your family members undated on what's going on. My husband would have to go ask the front desk most of the times they dont have an answer. The doctor doesn't come out and talk with the family members.The recovery room nurse does call and let the family member they are back there and will be ready to go in about 30 mins.

I was there last Thursday. My appointment was at 12 I checked in at 11 am. I have Diabetes and high blood pressure. I had severe back pain was there for an injection. They kept me there in the room for 4 hours with no food and drink. They did the injection after 4 pm. They took in the people who came after me first. The nurse was very rude and had me sign a servy as I came out of the procedure not really knowing what was going on. The nurse was trying to take my blood pressure but the machine had malfunction but she kept pressing and hurting my harm.

Very clean and professional. The process was very fast. The staff did their best to minimize discomfort and to put you at ease.
