We would give 10 stars if we could. My dad had surgery here last week and the staff was incredible from start to finish! Everyone we talked to was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions no matter how minuscule. Really took their time with us to reassure we were aware of everything and addressed all of our concerns. Everything is clean and organized the lobby is nice and accommodating. Could not ask for better staff all around but especially Dr. Fairbanks and his team. As much as I hope you don’t have to end up here, you will be in good hands if you do.

I had the most awesome experience at this facility. The staff was outstanding and really showed caring values. From the front office check in all the way through discharge, I had the best experience. The best thing is they kept my wife informed throughout my stay, using a tracking board so she could see all the stages of my procedure. My wife was also pleased with the free snacks and drinks available while she waited.

Excellent group. Check in was easy and quick. Very orderly, everyone was well experienced in their specific function. Very polite and friendly, but very business like and attentive when getting ready for surgery. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

If it wasn't for the time I had to be at this facility to have my surgery today, it would have been a six star but of course there's only five. This is a fantastic place if you want caring, consider it, safe care. I was very impressed with the staff that easy check-in process and filling out the forms that you have to online and having their waited for you no no long standing lines or anything like that. And the medical staff in the back I couldn't say enough about them they're very personable very warm and I would say to the point of being too friendly and some instances but really can we be too friendly anymore? This is a top-rates place it gets all five my stars and I don't hand those out very often especially for surgery. My recovery was very monitored and I couldn't say enough about that and going home I almost was sad to go out the door, well, not really! Kudos to you guys at Texas health surgery center on Chisholm trail You guys need a party that some of us should go back and throw you one. Very nice very nice place very clean and attentive by the personnel. You can't go wrong if you go to Chisholm trail Texas health surgical center.
