Absolutely incredible staff! Attentive and comforting! This was my first time ever having a colonoscopy procedure done since moving to Texas 6 years ago and somewhat anxious. My previous experiences were provided by the same GI doctor and staff at Kaiser for many years. So there's a lot of familiarity there. The staff at Medical City put me at ease and was extremely accommodating and caring. They really do want you to have peace of mind that you're in good hands. From reception with Jeanette who answered all my questions and got me all checked in with paperwork filled out. What a sweet lady! Prepped by Christina who I had the most interaction with. Such a darling and just made sure I was comfortable the whole time even when my veins didn't want to cooperate! Lol Thank you! Hard to believe they've already had a good amount of patients come through already and its barely noon! Great vibes and energy from this crew that'll make sure you're well taken cared of through your whole visit! Thanks again! I may have forgotten a few names because I was drugged up and loopy but thank you Kyla, Lynn, Travis and everyone else! Of course, big shout to my GI Dr. Venkat Namburu for checking the plumbing! Very much appreciated!

Entire staff was courteous and respectful even though they were in working before 7 AM. The reception was clean and comfortable while the staff was efficiently handled check in. Pre-op Nurse Teresa made sure I comfortable and ready for surgery. Anesthesiologist and her assistant were very attentive and thorough. Surgical Nurse (didn’t get her name) but she was great also). Didn’t have much interaction with her because of anesthesia. Dr. Jrebi was on time and quick. RN Nicole in recovery wonderful. Treated my wife and I as family. Great personal interactive skills Great Surgical Center.

I recently had a procedure in July a little bit nervous at first, but once I entered the building the staff showed genuine empathy. They demonstrated compassion and kindness that goes beyond professional requirements. This was shown in small acts, like remembering my name.
