Im very grateful for the team in the back & the Dr that took care of me once I was back there who helped me feel assured about the process. However, the staff up front need to be restrained on patient ethics & common courtesy. This is a very stressful situation because as a patient, there are so many variables/outcomes that could happen & when you simple ask questions, all this "its not my problem" or "you should have been given instructions so read them!" response from front reception is beyond unprofessional & adds to the stress any patient is about to go through. Theres no need for that. One day they'll be there or their loved ones and they need to remember this. But again, once your back there, everyone else is amazing & takes care of you 100%!

To begin with as soon as you arrive there, the young lady in the front is very nice and very professional as a procedure goes on when they take you to the back to prepare you for this specific procedure. The people in the back are very professional very kind and every question you ask him they have an answer for you. That’s what I like about this Center. I’ve been going to doctor Patel for the last five years. he is great at what he does. He cares about his patience and that’s why I recommend this place for everyone. Also my nurse Victor, excellent young man and the nurse. Miss Clarissa was very professional and very nice as she took me in and the young lady that did And prepared me with an IV so I recommend this place to everyone. They are very caring very professional very clean. I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you very much for always caring about your patience and me. Mr. Ruiz have a great day guys and God bless you all for what you do for us.

My experience was pleasant with everyone whon I came across such as Dr Guerrero, the CRNA Rodriguez and everyone else who was in the room for the exception of a nurse by the name of Yesenia Robles, who walked me to the room was very rude when she told me I shouldn't be chewing gum before my procedure. I told her that it didn't mention that on the paperwork. I did mention that to the office manager, Sandra Irvin, who was very understanding and professional. I believe that people in that environment should act kind knowing that patients are nervous. So Yesenia should be more empathetic towards her patients.

I had a double procedure this day. It started off with me running late and they were very nice and understood. They were very efficient starting from getting me registered, to the all the nurses/techs putting me at ease, as it was the first time I’ve done either procedure, to the provider who did my procedure, ending with the nurses who discharged me. They even did a follow up call the next day to see how I was feeling. They were very professional and yet still kept that kind, caring compassionate spirit, that every doctors‘s office, clinic, hospital should have for their patients. I want to think the whole office for a wonderful customer experience. 💛 P.S. - Even though the procedure was very short, that was some of the best sleep, I’ve had in a long time. 😅

Friendly staff. I can’t remember the anesthesiologist name, I think Michelle. She was very nice. Played music to keep me calm. Super friendly and kind. Dr. Patel is very nice, he came to speak with me before the procedure and seemed that he really cared. Al around very good experience.
