Waited 4 hours and no one came in to tell us they were running late. I finally went to look for someone. My husband was never given a call button. Surgery started 5 hours later. My husband was in pain as it had been 18 hrs since he took any meds. MD was great. Front desk was professional. The nursing staff was terrible. The staff left before my husband was even wheeled into surgery.

The staff there have made both my kids feel less nervous. Everyone is very good at explaining everything and very caring from beginning to end. Very good place for surgery!

The beginning of the surgery was great the help was amazing, at the end I felt rushed right when I woke up from the anesthesia, still extremely drugged the nurse wanted me out and told my husband to help me change so I can leave! I couldn’t even function even sit down straight because I felt extremely drugged. I didn’t even get any recovery time there. Horrible experience at the end would not recommend!

The front desk was very welcoming, and all the nurses pre-op and post-po were very helpful and courteous during my son's tonsillectomy. They made sure I knew everything that was going on and made my son feel very comfortable. Even the anesthesiologist provided me with answers to all my questions in a very comforting way. Definitely recommend this place.

Amazing service and attitude from everyone in this center towards my daughter and us. Everything was great honestly, it was an excellent experience. Keep in mind that it is the doctor and not the center the one that chooses in which order they want to take in their patients, and if the doctor is not there early is not their fault either. Our doctor was on time, was doing procedures with a great timing. The nurses explained every step (pre-op,op and post-op) perfectly, as well as discharge instructions. 100% recommend.
