I can not brag enough on the staff at Medical City Orthopedic & Spine Surgery Center! From the time I walked into the door and was met by Amanda (I believe that was her name) to the time I was wheeled out I felt completely comfortable and cared for. I was met with Amanda's smiling face for registration. She was very informative and kind! Kathryn and Annette were my nurses and they were truly sent from heaven! I can't say enough kind words about them! They helped me in any and every way they possible could. They held my hand and encouraged me when needed, made sure my pain was managed, ensured my spouse was taken care of as well, and even helped me care for a new tattoo that I was worried about during surgery. They were both so kind, caring, loving, attentive, and helped put my mind ease for my procedure. This is a new facility so I was a little nervous about surgery in a new place but every single staff member I encountered was kind and caring! This is my 4th surgery with Dr. Pradhan(The best of the best!) and this facility past all expectations I had!
