From beginning to end. Very satisfied. All the staff were very professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous.. Chairs could be a bit more comfortable. Place was very clean, we appreciate cleanliness.. Take a jacket or a small blanket, place is a bit cold,, but better cold than too hot.. Thank you Dr Jorge DELA Chapa.. I wish I would have come to you years earlier.. Very Very pleased over all.. Going back next week for my other eye..

The staff was wonderful. The nurses were great and the anesthesiologist was fantastic, I felt no pain, no discomfort and the doctor I guess was great because he did his job and it was a little foggy right now but great. Great again! I thank you guys very much. Can't wait to see you in September the 9th for my left eye. PS. If there's an opening earlier, please let me know. Thank you very much

I was politely and cheerfully greeted upon arrival. The surroundings were pleasant and comfortable. Pre op staff are excellent friendly and efficient at their tasks. The OR staff were extremely supportive and quick all throughout the episode and it was quick Overall I am united pleased with my visit

All of the staff were outgoing, very pleasant and helpful. I was the last of 29 or 30 patients my Dr. performed surgery on 8-7-24. I saw him early this am for my follow up appointment and I could tell that he was very tired after yesterday’s schedule. I feel blessed that my eye’s health are in his extremely capable care.

This place from the moment I arrived until I left was phenomenal. They were friendly, answered questions and had great bedside manner. They stepped you through everything they were going to do. The front desk was friendly, quick and efficient. The nurses that prepped, took vitals, and started IV were phenomenal as well. The two nurses that helped in surgery room stepped me through every move they made which gave a great level of comfort. I started to have an anxiety attack and they quickly helped me resolve the issue. Prior to surgery as well as during surgery the anesthesiologist told you exactly what to expect. The doctor who performed the surgery was quick and efficient. I waited until end of day one to write my review. I feel nothing. I wouldn't even realized I had surgery if it wasn't for the X over my eye and the slight discomfort in vision (which they were clear would take awhile to heal). Overall I am so pleased with the decision to use Texas Precision.
