This is the 2nd time I have had surgery at this place in the last year. The first time I thought everyone was just having a bad day. It happens to the best of us. The front office all are extremely rude, uninviting and seem annoyed with everyone. I stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by Carrie. Then dealing with Marie was a complete NIGHTMARE! She is the rudest person in healthcare that I have ever come across. I am only giving them 1 star because the nurses in the back were all so nice both visits.

The staff at Saratoga Surgical Center were wonderful. Shannon my prep nurse was very patient, kind, and caring. The anesthesiologist was very caring and informative. Dr. Michael Reyes is a great doctor, caring, and informative. Thank you for taking good care of me. God Bless the medical staff at Saratoga Surgical Center.

My 10 year old daughter had oral surgery yesterday I was a nervous wreck. After her anesthesia wore off , I was just so relieved to hear her say that the staff that attended to her treated her so kindly she said. Thank you to the staff members at Saratoga Surgical for taking care of my daughter while she has this procedure done.

Such a clean and calm environment. Staff was very thorough in explaining the procedure and anesthesiologist made me feel more at ease about my son’s procedure. They kept me informed the whole time and were very reassuring. Dr.Whidden truly took cake of my son like he was her own and we can’t be more grateful for her and her staff.

I was hesitant during this procedure my daughter was scheduled to have because now a days you walk into a business and everyone is so rude and grouchy. The staff at the surgical center were so nice. They nurses took such good care of my baby and her discharge nurse was a gift from God, wished I remembered her name. Thank you for this experience especially since my daughter was so nervous. They made her feel at ease and treated her so well. Definitely recommend them.
