I hope the right people read this review, as I’m sharing my personal experience to help others who may be considering this facility. I had a colonoscopy here on 2/6/2026, and the staff were awesome and welcoming from the moment I checked in at the front desk to the back pre-op area. The nurses were incredibly helpful and compassionate, making sure I understood what to expect prior to my procedure. The anesthesiologist met with me at my bedside beforehand, confirmed my procedure, and answered all of my questions. My physician, Dr. Varia, was awesome as always. He met with me afterward to make sure I was feeling okay post-op and reviewed the findings with me at bedside. The anesthesiologist also checked on me afterward, which I truly appreciated. I previously had a horrible experience with a different doctor at a different facility back in 2015. I experienced severe stomach pain afterward and was moved from post-op to the emergency hospital area for additional testing. It was very traumatic, and I ended up putting this procedure off for my second exam for many years because of that experience. That said, I’m so glad that my current physician, Dr. Apurva Varia at the Center for Digestive Diseases in The Woodlands, uses River Oaks Endoscopy Center. I can confidently give five stars to the entire staff. In the future, I will absolutely trust them to provide a safe and positive experience for their patients. Thank you all!

It was great. I had several procedures at this facility and I always have a welcoming staff. And the best after care in recovery. Very grateful for their compassion they have for their patients.

Nice, modern facility. Was treated very gently by the nurses and techs as I was apprehensive to have my first colonoscopy and endoscopy. Everything went very smoothly and the next day they called me to ask how I was feeling which was very appreciated. Dr. Chatha, the gastroenterologist who performed the procedure is very knowledgeable as well as personable. Highly recommend!

Very efficient and kind employees. All showed genuine care and respect, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. It was so nice to be treated as a human and not just a number. They even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. Kudos to a great team!

Top-notch facility with excellent staff! My nurses, Erin & Karli, took time to explain every step of the process and kept me informed about timing and what to expect. In the procedure room Haley, Alyssa and Robby were incredibly professional and helped me feel completely at ease. Dr Varia is outstanding-clear, thorough, and great at explaining everything in easy-to-understand terms. And a big thank-you to the amazing front office team for their efficiency and friendliness. Highly recommend!!!
