Would not go anywhere else! Best experience ever if you can say that about an Upper GI and Colonoscopy. Best staff from techs to nurses and Dr. Havemann is a awesome doctor. Their facility is top notch.

Everyone involved in my experience was extremely knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and polite...as much of a positive experience as could be while undergoing my types of procedures.

Fantastic experience top to bottom! From my telehealth appointment with Dr Zhang to scheduling for the procedure to the prep (effective but not that bad) to the care of every individual I encountered once at the facility - 10/10!

Great Doctors and Nurses. But really rude and unprofessional medical assistant. My endoscopy was scheduled at 2:30 pm and was having to fast since 10 pm the night before. After arriving at the facility the medical assistant let me know that they are running behind and they don't know when my endoscopy would be done. Was fasting for 17 hours. Eventually it was done one hour late. That can happen, but the medical assistant could have let me know and nice about it. Felt like she didn't want to work there, but was forced to work there.

This is my 4th colonoscopy with Dr. Havemann and the 3rd at Austin Endoscopy in Bee Cave. I can’t say enough about what a great experience it has always been. They are so efficient it’s incredible. It is a well oiled machine. The staff is always so friendly and professional and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend both Dr. Havemann and the endoscopy center in Bee Cave. I wish I could remember the various staff members names but honestly every one of them is great.
