The medical staff at THR Surgery Center in Bedford was fantastic! Leah, Michelle, and Kelly, my PACU nurses were wonderful. Very skilled, professional, and caring, the true definition of excellent nursing! Everyone on Dr. Luh’s team of anesthesiologists, techs, and OR nurses were great! While all of the medical staff was fantastic, sadly the front desk staff was not. They were rude and short with us. Our questions appeared to be below them and we felt like an inconvenience. We were able to look past this as we were taken care of so well past that point!

Dr Kadoko and everyone at THSC did a wonderful job with my recent surgery on my knee. Very welcoming team, took great care of me. I have very little pain right now and excited to see how this progresses in the near future to having a healthier knee.

My D&C procedure was done here, and despite this challenging journey, I had a wonderful experience from appointment to discharge. After referral from OBGYN, The TX Health Surgery Center contacted me via phone for scheduling and preop information. Pre-appointment: A few days before my appointment, I filled out online health history forms, and was able to view an estimate of cost. This eliminated the amount of paperwork I had to do "day-of" Day of appointment- The receptionist was friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Coffee/Tea was available at lobby for non-surgical guests. Payment for procedure was made via tap-to-pay Pre-op Room: My friend who was driving me home, was able to go in the room with me. Leah and Jackie was very friendly, and answered all the questions we had prior to surgery. Jackie was so sweet and took me to the restroom without an issue, even when my IV was already attached. Anestheseologist (Dr. Romero (I believe) came in and explained the procedure and reassured all will be well regarding being put to sleep. Dr. Samuel is always transparent, understanding, and amazing. He came to speak with us and answered any questions we had. Dr. Samuel stated he was not religious but still was willing to stay in the room while my friend requested to say a prayer over me before my procedure. Dr. Samuel is very considerate and respectful. Post-Op: Kelly was super sweet; she made sure I was comfortable and that my pain was tolerable before I left. She wheeled me out to my car and took great care of me. This whole encounter was a blessing. I believe procedure was about an hour long. We were there for a total of 3 hours. Despite the unfortunate situation of the D&C, the whole team at Texas Health SC Bedford made it very easy to start my healing journey mentally and physically. Thank you all.

Great experience. The staff was exceptional! Great communication from scheduling through surgery and even follow up after surgery. Facility was nice, nurses were kind and informative. Anesthesiologist was awesome.

From start to finish I had an incredible experience. I had never had any type of medical procedure and was very nervous(though I do well at hiding it) and everyone was so kind, calm and informative. I truly felt valued as a patient and a human. The world is falling apart around us but it’s really nice to know there is still good people out here. Thank you so much ALL of you(Dr. Pham, Johnson, OR nurse with the beautiful natural lashes, pre op nurse(I’m terrible with names) There isn’t enough thank you’s I can say to express how grateful I am!
