I had my cataract surgery at Beaumont Surgical Affiliates and I was very pleased with every person that worked there. They explained everything to me and everyone was super nice. Highly recommend.

This staff was absolutely amazing. From the minute we got there, the front desk, i think his name was Otis, was very welcoming and polite. My pre-op and post op nurses Anna & Staci were so gentle and talked me thru it all. I was so nervous abd they just made everything better. My OR team Caitlin & Adriana I don't remember much lol but they were very sweet. And of course my Dr. Just very good experience all together. Thank you team.

Had left and right eyes Extracapsular cataracts done ( 1 week apart) here ; nice pre-op nurses that know what to expect. I listen through curtains. Fast working team in surgery room ; now if you call that recovery room that’s a laugh. They are nice people don’t get be wrong; but in recovery of any kind you take vital signs more than that first time when right out of surgery still on stretcher. Of course my B/P will be lower 120/70 compared to in post op 130/80. This is how it went out of surgery to recovery; while on stretcher nurse took B/P second nurse offered drinks: water ; sprite. You get sprite; off stretcher to chair given bag with clothes. By the time you have shirt on nurse at curtain with sunglasses and hat telling you your sister driving up . Nurse walks you out . That’s not a recovery room.. I’m am Epileptic and had a stroke in 2020. With my history ( that they had ) I could have had a reaction to anesthesia after.

💯 5/17/23 Clean, well organized from the check in desk until out the door absolutely the best care. I’ve been to plenty of these places from Atlanta to Beaumont, BMT Surgical is also under new ownership. So the old bad reviews you may see do not count anymore and should be removed. Thank you to everyone for both of my procedures!!
