I have been to the Austin Premier Surgery Center Three times and every time my procedure goes hours later than scheduled. My time is just as important as everyone else’s. Their scheduling is poorly directed and especially patients that are NPO since the night before shouldn’t have to wait hours later. I even called the day of my appointment and told them I don’t want to wait hours after my appt time. I was told, oh no we are on time and we will get you right back when you get here. Total lie! The waiting room was full when I arrived for my 1:45 appt.

Vivere is more than fertility treatments, they are also a surgery center. I broke my ankle while in Italy and needed to fly home for emergency surgery. I was so confused on how to find a surgeon QUICKLY and where to go for surgery. I am SO grateful that Dr. Brotzman was able to move things around to see me immediately once I got back to the US. He did X-rays and was able to change his surgery schedule for the next morning to fit me in. He recommended Vivere for surgery. Vivere was fantastic. They called me ahead of time to make sure I was prepared with everything I needed to know prior to surgery. I arrived for surgery and there was no waiting around, which helped to calm my nerves. Everyone was really nice and comforting. I was in and out in no time. Vivere also called to check in on me post-surgery which was a really thoughtful thing to do because they weren’t even my doctor’s office! I’m so glad I had my surgery at Vivere compared to a hospital. It was much more relaxed and organized.
