I had surgery here and was treated so well. I was very nervous but everything was explained clearly and made me feel relaxed before my surgery. Made sure I left comfortable and ready for a good recovery.
The nurses were super nice and welcoming, my Dr did an amazing job on the surgery. The anesthesiologist ppl were also nice. They as a team made me feel comfortable for it being my first surgery. Furthermore the Dr called me day after to check up on me and is continuing to care for my injury to make sure I heal and get the best outcome.
I came here for knee surgery the front desk staff were so kind and welcoming! Nurse Ray was super sweet and caring anesthesiologist was great and very caring and attentive as well as all of the other specialists! They made me feel comfortable and welcome and were great about my anxiety concern before going into surgery I have nothing but great things to say about this facility Dr. Savage is the best orthopedic surgeon! Thank you all for everything now to heal up at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing surgery. The negative reviews definitely didn’t match for how my experience was today very thankful to have these people take amazing care of me today! 4/25/25 100/100 rating in my eyes
I had surgery here and while the procedure and the facility itself were fine, the financial handling has been terrible. I paid $1,700 on the day of surgery, and that was that... Six months later, I receive a collections notice demanding an additional $1,300. This was the first time I was made aware that I supposedly owed anything further, with no explanation of charges and no indication that the amount had been submitted to or processed by my insurance company. It sounds like this has been a problem in other patients' experience, as well.
Horrible experience. Woke up in THE MOST PAIN I have ever been postop (and this is one of the most minor surgeries I've had). I also work in the medical field, and they gave me no credit for that. Administering drugs without telling me what they were. I would ask, what are you giving me? "Oh just something to calm you down". I am a medical professional... Tell me the name of the drug and the dose! Had an awful reaction to the anesthesia. (I usually tolerate anesthesia meds VERY well) When I called to get my records so I could find out what drug I reacted so badly to, they insisted on charging me for my own medical records. This, in addition to another sneaky charge, deserves 0 stars. Very shady surgery center. Unnecessarily stressful experience. Look elsewhere. ***my surgeon, (who has another, far superior surgery center) and the preop nurse did a great job, this review is exclusive of their exemplary care.
