I had a surgery done at this facility and I loved the people and the treatment I got from them. I was very nervous and they helped me feel calm. Check in and discharge were very easy . First surgery I've had outside of a hospital and to be honest I would do it again if ever needed 10/10 recommend

Was never confirmed for my appointment till day Prior, Then get hit with by the way we need 3000 upfront, I don't have that kind of money laying around so they then offered 1500 upfront, again who has that kind of extra money, I asked for a payment plan and they could not offer me one, seems like they are in it for the money and not the well being of the people, But thats health care in general.. I was already weary about this place after reading other reviews

This place is hot garbage. The staff are incompetent. Could not convert weights, didnt know how to deal with pediatric patients. Most docs have an investment here, and is why they prefer to operate out of here instead of other primary hospitals. Also has aggressive and hostile billing practices.

I agree with the one star reviews. While my surgery was a success, my experience here was not. When my iv was done, the nurse said “I don’t know why they put you in this room, the lighting is bad.” I asked if she needed a light from my phone to start my IV, she said no. It was extremely painful, and she collapsed my vein. While I was saying how much it hurt, she said, “oh it’s just an iv.” I also came home with betadine all over my legs and up to my bellybutton after my OBGYN procedure. That’s a first for not experiencing a cleanup (compared to two prior surgeries elsewhere). I will say checkin, anesthesia, and medical records were wonderful, but this experience was bad.

The outpatient surgery center exceeded my expectations! The nurses and anesthesiologists were incredibly caring and comforting throughout the entire process. Their genuine concern put me at ease, making the experience much more relaxing. Grateful for a positive and reassuring environment during my time there!
