She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine care. I’m grateful for her kindness and expertise. I highly recommend Robin and the entire team at North West Surgery Center.

The medical side was amazing, we have had multiple procedures for our kids done here. The nurses, anesthesiologists, and doctors were all amazing. I would rate them 5 stars easily. Unfortunately, their billing is ridiculous. More than once I had to talk to them that we shouldn't be paying so much because we would be meeting our deductibles with half of their payments. Now (for the most recent procedure). I am currently waiting on hundreds of dollars to be refunded. The procedure was done in the beginning of March, it is now the end of May. They made me pay the thousands up front, before the procedure, but have had no problem slowly giving back my money. I had called weeks ago, asking about it, they said insurance denied part of the claim (mind you everything had been pre-approved), so I called my insurance, who said that nothing had been denied, and they had settled this claim. I call back to the hospital, with a number to call into my insurance at the same time to get to the bottom of this. All of a sudden they can see I will get a refund, and it will be via check. 3 weeks have gone by and I haven't received anything. So I call again (in case it was delivered to the wrong address). Nope, they hadn't sent it out yet, she said it was just prepared and will go out soon. I pressed for a date, so she went to check, and came back and said actually it went out on Friday (today is Monday). I highly recommend you stay on the financials if you have surgery here.

Great place! Information before and after surgery was so good that I was well prepared. That made me so much more comfortable about the whole thing. I even got an email from the anesthesiologist group with info ahead of time. Then I could find out that they were in my insurance network and that was a relief!. The care and attention from everyone was top notch! And Dr Lan Hoang was awesome. Thanks to all.

I've been to a number of surgery centers in Austin, and this one was quite pleasant! All of the nurses appeared to enjoy their job, were in a good mood (cracked a few jokes) and tried their best to make feel comfortable. The prep room vibe was very peaceful and not very noisy (unlike other places that have all kinds of foot traffic and chaos going on). The staff there was also very kind to my spouse and kept her aware of what was going on throughout the process (even sent text messages). The surgery itself went well from what I can tell. Post surgery was equally as relaxed and the nurses again were attentive and made sure I was comfortable until I left the building. Would recommend!
