Red Velvet

After waiting for 2 hours and 10 minutes in the waiting room with my 92 year old mother they finally called her back for a 10 minute procedure. She lives 60 miles away so that 10 minute procedure took a total of 5-1/2 hrs including travel time. Very unprofessional to make someone of that age wait for such a long time, especially since the appointment was scheduled for 9AM. The excuse, “Well, the doctor is running a little behind”.
