My daughter had an adenotonsillectomy, and everything—scheduling, billing, surgery, and recovery—went very smoothly. The staff was super nice. Both the anesthesiologist and the doctor met with us before the procedure to explain the process and checked on my daughter’s condition afterward. Our experience at Bailey Square Surgery Center was awesome.

I had an excellent experience at Bailey Square Surgery Center. The entire process from check-in to discharge was smooth and each person I encountered was kind and helpful. Nan at check-in was incredibly warm and friendly. Nurses Deborah and David were attentive, competent and friendly. Anesthesiologist Dr. Eckert and the nurses also made me feel very comfortable.

The customer service representation is unprofessional. When I called to talk to billing, I was transferred to a number that isn’t assigned. When I called back, every option available led me to a voicemail. When I received a call back in reference to those voicemails, the woman on the phone was aggressive and hateful. She repeatedly spoke over me, demanding that I provide information, refusing to listen me until I gave her the information that she wanted. She handed the phone off to someone else, who proceeded to demand information. They then hung up on me.

Wife needed to have her fibroids surgically removed. Dr. Lisa Hansard and her team were on the procedure, and we found them extremely gracious, informative, thorough and quick with the procedure. Overall, the staff at Bailey Square's was really warm. A special mention of a young gentleman called David at Bailey's - he was really helpful in assisting us throughout. Thank you!

The staff at Bailey Square Medical Center were pleasant and disarming. The facility was clean and well-equipped. Everything was on-time and proceeded as scheduled. Plenty of parking.
