All in all I was very pleased with the entire experience.  The preparation for the coloscopy was straight forward and was considerably better than the previous test I had several years ago.  Everyone I dealt with was very competent and compassionate.  From my initial visit to the day of the procedure, you all truly have your act together.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

I received outstanding quality care recently at Austin Endoscopy Center. Dr. Srygley, a local Gastroenterologist, and team represented the embodiment of integrity, pride, and extreme professionalism. Medicine is an ever-changing science and Dr. Srygley is at the pinnacle of professional excellence. The team is customer service oriented, from check-in to check-out. They are knowledgeable, conscientious, and completely resourceful. They exhibit a cheerful, sincere, and a positive "can do" working attitude. Safety is their main concern. All measures are taken to ensure patient safety. They actively listen and engage in conversation. This will ensure my return to Austin Endoscopy Center.

A colonoscopy is not anyone's favorite event, but it is an important form of self-care and prevention. Austin Endoscopy South is so organized and efficient. All possibles have been thought of and planned for. Everyone is professional, informative, skilled, and kind. I wanted to change the prep procedure and had no trouble reaching their office and my concerns were understood and I was provided with a simple alternative. Scheduling was easy. The day of procedure ran like clockwork. Communication was crystal clear at every step. Much appreciated.
