These guys are excellent! They get 5 stars and more in every category , whether it be the professionalism , timely appointments that you don't have to wait hours after your set time or get left sitting in a room for hours , the accommodations are very nice plenty of parking, good communication and everyone looks like they really enjoy their jobs they are always so courteous and helpful I just love them , THANKS Klienman Evangelista for making my cataract surgery painless and stress free All of you deserve a raise and some praise!! Now I can drive at night and even get close enough to the gas pumps so the hose will reach on the first try!! Kathy Morgan

I am extremely happy with my experience. The techs, nurses and Doctors were all wonderful. I would have come much sooner if I had known how easy and painless the experience would be. Every step was efficiently handled. Each person was friendly and kind with such a good attitudes . The pre-op nurses were wonderful and caring. The warm blankets were the best as well as how painless the IV was. These nurses know their stuff.

First I would like to thank the team of specialist for taking such good care of me. When a person really has no idea of the way a surgery can turn out I must say that the team worked together with never a negative but all positive attitudes and expressions. Secondly my right eye which was done had no after pain and my sight is like someone put a daylight light bulb in my eye. Thank you again.

Staff is kind, good at what they do and seem to truly care about their patients. I definitely appreciated their expertise. The pre op room was clean and tidy, as you would expect. I was offered a warm blanket, which was nice. However, the surgery schedule itself is packed so back to back that everyone working pre op seems to be working their hardest to keep up. They have to be the most efficient pre-op team in DFW. I’ve never before been prepped (and prepped well) for a procedure that fast. They were kind, despite the pace. But it was still disquieting to be a patient and sense that no one around you has time to take a breath. I needed to have a quick but important question addressed with my surgeon. At other surgery centers, this has been easily done directly w the Dr. in pre-op, and in private. Here, it ended up as an all too brief chat in the OR, as I was being set in place for the surgery and with other staff surrounding. In summary, I think everything would have been great if the case schedule didn’t demand so much from these medical professionals. Easily fixed by building in a small cushion between cases. Patients have paid a lot of money to be there. They (we) deserve better. Having to have an eye procedure at all can be a scary thing. The Doctors and Nurses should be given the time to put patients at ease and truly show they care.

Everyone was kind , efficient, and informative. Questions were encouraged even after adequate explanations were given, with each procedure. Dr Bubel was awesome! The anesthesia team and staff of care givers were also great! Thank you Tonya, for your calming words.
