My husband just had surgery at this center. They leave a lot to be desired. They first had not called him about his surgery, so the day before he called them. They had failed to put him on the schedule. They "fixed" the error and told him to arrive at 8 am. At 9:30 they had not taken him back. They didn't bother to communicate that they were running behind. He thought maybe they had forgotten him again. I thought it might just be our situation but each family seemed to be having poor communication with the staff. In these new times where we cannot be with our loved ones communication from the staff is important. We had had experiences at other facilities that seem to take this into mind. The staff here is lacking in general patient and family relations.

I have had 3 procedures at Central Park. The staff are kind, compassionate and efficient. They are careful about safety, take time to answer questions and were considerate of any discomfort I had.

My husband had surgery in August 2020. Almost one year later we are still having trouble with tis office. Be warned, we wanted to make sure how much it the surgery was going to cost. They guaranteed an amount and later it was much more than what they had told us. No online payment, so you have to call, leave messages and wait for them to call you to pay them. Worst customer care. No receipt to present to your insurance. We mentioned to the doctor about the really bad experience we were having with the office staff. We had so many issues that we have never had before with any doctor or doctor's office. We will never come back and do not recommend this place.
