Don’t become pregnant without talking to an anesthesiologist first. Scheduled cornea transplant MONTHS AGO - made it to the table with approval (months ago) from my eye doctor and my OB BEFORE continuing our journey trying to conceive but leave it to Paul the anesthesiologist to cancel a transplant from a donor cornea! Donor cornea wasted. My time wasted. Check is being refunded but who eats that cost? What a joke. All smug, high and mighty “They aren’t anesthesiologists.” My pregnancy is in the dang notes. The lack of communication is unreal. To top it off, one of the nurses asked if I was knocked up? Way to be professional. Just ask me like a lady if I am expecting or flat out ask me if I am pregnant.
