The service friendliness and professionalism by the front staff about six months ago was much better. Communication was better. This new staff is not good. I give them zero. The back isn’t as good. They lied to use last time about why they didn’t sedate him and didn’t give him any warning. Lies and excuses. We love our doctor but they deserve better for their patients. Today they acted like they didn’t expect and couldn’t find his paper work. That took 30 minutes up front, and they didn’t seem to care. Not everyone is the kind of person to work the front lines of a business. They can ruin a business. Doctors need to shake it up in there.

I love my Dr Victor Taylor. He is great. But the Advanced Pain Surgical Center is much too overbooked, stressed, 😫 and unable to give the service needed for such serious patient issues. Last time I was there We waited over an hour then was turned away and did not get my procedure because I said I took turmeric the day before. They violated HIPPA law by discussing personal medical concerns in the public tiny, crowded uncomfortable waiting room. Need improvement. Good medical professionals, but staff need to be trained on HIPPA, and have more professional nurses, techs, to improve the patient services.

Ladies in office are rude and have no idea how insurance actually works. Mentioned my hra to them and they had no idea how to tell if or how it worked. Everyone else was great. Just need front office that knows how insurance works.

Tamara in the billing department is the worst...doesn't know how to inform patients of pricing on thier procedures and that's her ONLY OBLIGATION...she can't explain charges and due to her lack of incompetence I'll no longer be a patient or have any more procedures affiliated with thier establishment.
