Everyone from the front desk, to all the nurses, and of course the best GI in DFW- Dr. Sripathi Kethu, were nothing short of amazing. A very special shout out to the nurse (will update when I get her name) who checked me. She knew how nervous I was and her kindness and motherly comfort was beyond generous and truly helped calm me. Their scheduling and staff was extremely efficient and there were no delays. All pricing was transparent and relayed well before procedure so we knew what to expect. They also checked on me the day after to make sure I was good. Amazing job DHC- Allen!

Dr. Sai was extremely professional, caring, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped ease any concerns I had, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. This was a first rate experience. I drove 45 min to this location as opposed to another one of theirs because of a lesser experience. I was allowed to wake up and not rushed out the door still groggy. Everyone was friendly and professional from admitting, intake nurse, CRNA, to the nurse assisting in the procedure. They wanted to make me feel comfortable, confident in their abilities and clear they weren’t so rushed that they couldn’t care. This speaks to managements commitment as well for not cutting staff to the point they are overworked. Bravo! This is by no means to slight my physician, Dr. Ackerman, who displayed all the same qualities as the staff. I highly recommend this team and being in the business, I know good care.

Great experience getting my colonoscopy and endoscopy… checked in at 10:45am… waited until 12:30pm for procedure to start to start… was done by 1:30pm… left the facility at 2pm… dress warm because the facility is cold when you get up… staff was very nice… Diana my prep nurse was very nice… highly recommend… had my procedure with Dr Sidhu of DHAT…
