Dr. Lee is very kind; however, surgery waiting times are ridiculous. Told surgery would be at 10:15 and arrival time was stipulated as 10:00, and upon arrival, waited over an hour and then was advised patients are due 2-2 1/2 hours prior to surgery and no one has an appointed surgery time. Was not advised of this before traveling over two hours to get here with no food or water since midnight the night before. Very disrespectful of patient's time. Everyone around me had waited over 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room.
