I’ve been to more professional veterinary hospitals if I’m honest. They schedule an outpatient procedure everything gets approved and you pay your co-pay. Unfortunately the anesthesiologist was young and female and clearly not comfortable doing her job even on a minor procedure. And cancels the whole thing. One glimpse at a file and just like that she realizes she’s too afraid to go it alone. I don’t know if DEI is to blame but I could see the nurse was embarrassed by the anesthesiologist. The payment people promptly repay your co-pay. The doctor calls you to apologize and admits he should have done it at the hospital. So now the Patient has to wait days or weeks or may never live to see the treatment he deserves. What the he’ll is wrong with medicine in America?

I had my Tonsils out they did amazing on my surgery even though I had consultation after my surgery they even came Over to the er And checked on me, The staff was amazing and very nice and caring. They took good care of me.

I had a procedure at this facility in June 2024. It is the most comfortable and cleanest surgery center I've been in. Check-in was a breeze. The medical professionals/staff are amazing here. They take real good care of you. They explain everything thoroughly and are super friendly. Rachel was my main nurse before my procedure and she was awesome. The surgical and anesthesiology personnel were equally awesome.

Great place for surgery !. The waiting room and surgery center is so clean and organized.. I have had a few procedures done here and the staff is amazing!. Kelly and Emily did wonderful getting me ready for surgery …Dr Jane did a great job keeping me comfortable and safe with the meds!. Jason always does a good job explaining what’s going on with a smile on his face when we’re on the way back to surgery!. Coleen ,Rachael and randi were all awesome. Dr Shelton is just an amazing doctor and a wonderful person .. you can feel that all the staff have a deep love for caring for the patients . Great experience!. Surgery can make anyone nervous and anxious, not knowing how things will go.After I went here one time I knew I was in good hands because this center has the best of the best!.
