I had a upper GI (endoscopy) as well as a colonoscopy here. The only complaint I had was there could be better communication as to where the procedure was. When I registered was told to go to hospital but it was actually Suite 300 in the medical bldg. But Dr. Saeed Fakhruddin, MD. He was (as he also was in my appointment with him at his office) very caring, empathetic and professional , knowledgeable. His staff was so caring and I was made to feel comfortable before during and after my procedure.

I have been here for an hour and 40 minutes waiting on my wife to go in for her procedure She thirsty, she's hungry, and these people do not care about your time. when I approached them about the weight, completely unsympathetic. My gastro doctor would never let this happen. I think I have convinced my wife to switch doctors.

Horrible waiting area and condescending staff. There was lax enforcement of mask policies and a TV blaring over the top of everyone. Never again.

Today I had a procedure, and Dr. Wright, Kelsey, and everyone was so much fun. Initially, I was nervous, but I was having a ball from start to finish. They are kind, caring, professional, and reassuring at one of our most vulnerable moments. I was apprehensive about getting a colonoscopy and I felt that my butt had a pad lock, security system, had steel bars, and was an exit only. Nobody was going in. Only Dr. Wright has the security code and it was no forced entry. Utmost professionalism!
