The center is great. The payment/billing area needs work. They made me pay my estimated balance before surgery and then sent me a refund check. I paid the payment from my HSA so the refund should have gone back on my HSA card but they said that is not their process. I feel like if you pay on any type of card, the refund should go back on the card - especially if it is an HSA. Not happy.

Easiest first surgery experience I could’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice and friendly and made me very comfortable even though I was extremely anxious. Dr Morgan did a great job explaining everything as well and the take home packets and instructions were way to understand.

This outpatient surgery center is state of the art, sparkly clean and welcoming (my nurse Kelly was very fun). I was in and out in an hour and perfectly well-Versed for the procedure. Pain was gone the next day, which I got to report to the nurse who called to check in on me. Dr. Eby did a great job calming my nerves and performing a second nerve ablation on my neck, which is akin to a modern-day miracle.

I went in yesterday morning for a procedure and I can not say enough good things about this place. From the very sweet receptionist at the front desk to the nurses who attended to me before, during and after the surgery. They are by far the sweetest and most attentive staff. The anesthesiologist was very kind and informative and of course Dr. Frank who performed the surgery. I have never seen a place with such an amazing and kind staff that all seem to work together. They made me feel completely safe and comfortable. I was nervous to go in for the surgery but with all of them they put me at ease. They did not leave out anything important that I needed to know and when I woke up in recovery they were there the entire time. Again I can not say enough positive things about the staff there. Thank you all for making the experience pleasant,comfortable and less scary. You all are amazing.
